කොළඹ අසෝක විද්යාලය හා කෝට්ටේ ජනාධිපති විද්යාලය අතර පැවැති 17 වන වාර්ෂික රන් සටන මහා ක්රිකට් තරඟය පසුගිය අප්රේල් 5 වන සෙනසුරාදා පැවැත්විණි.
ආරම්භයේ සිට සියලු කටයුතු ඉතා සාර්ථකව පැවැති අතර අවසානයේ අපේක්ෂා නොකල තත්ත්වයක් මත තරඟය අවසන් වු බව ඔබ මේ වන විටත් දන්නා කරුණකි.
ප්රතිඵලය කුමක් වුවත් තරඟයේ කටයුතු සාර්ථක කර ගැනීමට ඔබ සියලු දෙනා දැක්වු දායකත්වය අපි බෙහෙවින් අගය කරන්නෙමු!.
විශේෂයෙන් පුද්ගලිකව පැමිණි ඔබ සියලු දෙනාටත් , සියලුම අනු කණ්ඩායම් සඳහාත් ආදි ශිෂ්ය සංගමයේ ස්තූතිය පළකරන්නෙමු!.
තවද “ලෙජන්ඩ් මාර්කි” හි නැවුම් අත්දැකිම විඳගැනීමට එක්වු සියලුම සහෝදරයින්ට නැවතත් සංගමයේ ස්තූතිය ප්රකාශ කරමි. ඒ සම්බන්ධයෙන් ඔබ දැක්වු ප්රතිචාර අපව තවත් ධෛර්යමත් කිරිමට හේතු විය .
එමෙන්ම මෙම තරඟය සාර්ථක කර ගැනීමට ඉදිිරිපත් වූ සියලු අනුග්රාහක භවතුන්ටත් අසෝක විද්යාලයීය ආදි ශිෂ්ය සංගමයේ විශේෂ ස්තූතිය පිරිනමන අතර අවසන් වශයෙන් ඔබේ සහෝදරත්වය අවශ්යව තිබු මොහොතේ අප සමග රැඳෙමින් පාසලේ දරුවන්වන්ට හා සංගමයට ලබාදුන් සහයෝගය සිහිපත් කරන්නේ ඉතා ගෞරවයෙනි!.

The 17th Annual Battle of Rath-Ran cricket encounter between Asoka College, Colombo and President’s College, Kotte was successfully held on Saturday, 5th April 2025.
As you are already aware, the event went smoothly from start to finish, although the match concluded in an unexpected manner.
Regardless of the result, we sincerely appreciate the efforts and contributions made by all of you to make this event a success.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended in person, and to all the batches who showed up and represented our alma mater with pride.
